Ticket Confirmations

So you've registered for Banking Transformation Summit but when will your ticket come and what do you need to access the show?
You should have recieved a basic confirmation email within 24 hours of registering for the event.
This confirmation confirms your place at the event and is all you need to access the show!
You will collect your official badge from the registration desk at the show.
To streamline the onsite process further, we will also send 2 further confirmation emails to you for you to present to registration staff on the 29th June.

Banking Transformation Summit will take place on Level 1 in the Champagne Suite.

It’s a good idea to arrive with plenty of time, to get through registration, complete the short networking activities, get a coffee, and find a good seat.


Onsite parking is available underground at the hotel but can be limited.
Charges are as follows:
£1.50 / Hour - Hotel Guests
£3.50 / Hour - Non Hotel Guests


A special booking rate has been negotiated with the Novotel of £195 for Bed and Breakfast.
For those guests wanting to secure a room, you will be required to phone the hotel direct.

Badge Collection

Arriving in the foyer outside the event hall (level 1 champagne suite), you will be directed to the relevant registration desk to collect your badge.
You will be asked to show your ticket confirmation to a member of the team.
You will then collect your badge and a lanyard and make your way inside.

Refreshments and Lunch

Complimentary refreshment will be available during the conference breaks, and served in the foyer.
A buffet lunch will be served during the lunch break.


Please take 5 minutes on arrival to complete the "Polaroid Wall" and "Name Badge Ice Breakers" when arriving at the venue.
Activities are of course voluntary to take part in and simply designed to enhance your show experience.

Polaroid Wall

Each attendee will be asked to have their photograph taken which will then be pinned to a board. Attendees can then identify one another as they appear on the day.

Name Badge Ice Breakers

Each attendee will be asked to answer 4 short questions which they will write the answers too and stick alongside their event badge.
These answers will provide the opportunity for others to engage with them.

LinkedIn Attendee Messaging

A private LinkedIn event for all those attending the event will be setup and link to join sent around 2 weeks before the event.
In joining the event, you will be able to message all other attendees who have joined.

Networking Drinks

A networking drinks reception will be held immediately after the conference. All attendees will be invited to join this and continue the days discussions in a less formal atmosphere.
These will be served from 1630 in the main networking hall.
