Parking

Onsite parking is available underground at the hotel but can be limited.
Charges are as follows:
£1.50 / Hour - Hotel Guests
£3.50 / Hour - Non Hotel Guests

Accommodation

A special booking rate has been negotiated with the Novotel of £195 for Bed and Breakfast.
For those guests wanting to secure a room, you will be required to phone the hotel direct.

Arrival & Badge Collection

Arriving in the foyer outside the event hall (level 1 champagne suite), you will be directed to the relevant registration desk to collect your badge.
You will be asked for your name and to show your ticket confirmation to a member of the team.
Please make the registration team aware that you are speaking at the event so we can roll out the red carpet!
You will then collect your badge and a lanyard and make your way inside.
The speaker check-in area (referred to as the speaker lounge in the video) is located on the right side of the foyer as you enter the event. Please make the team there aware that you have arrived.

Arrival Times

Speakers are asked to arrive at the venue 1 hour prior to their allocated speaker slot on the programme.
All speakers are asked to be at the speaker lounge/check-in area 30 minutes prior to your allocated speaking slot. A member of the team will direct you to the correct conference room to meet the AV team and collect microphones.

Speaking

Panellists will not be required to provide a presentation deck of any kind.
Stand alone speakers are asked to provide a copy of their slide deck by 1200 on the 20th June.
All speakers will meet a member of the team 30 minutes before you are due on stage in the speakers lounge, to check you in. You will be directed to the correct conference room to meet the AV team and fit your microphone.
Panellists will be introduced to each other on email 2 - 3 weeks ahead of the event.
The Moderator of your panel will also be encouraged to set a time for all panellists to meet on-site before going on stage.
As a speaker, you’re welcome and encouraged to stay for the full duration of the event, access each theatre and enjoy refreshments throughout.

Let your LinkedIn connections know you’re speaking at the event with an “i’m speaking” graphic.
Let us know when you’ve posted about the show and we can like and share with our network.

Banks Attend for Free!

If you work for a bank, your colleagues can attend the show for free!
Or, if you have connections or clients that work for a bank, they can also attend for free.

Networking

Polaroid Wall

Each attendee will be asked to have their photograph taken which will then be pinned to a board. Attendees can then identify one another as they appear on the day.

Name Badge Ice Breakers

Each attendee will be asked to answer 3 short questions which they will write the answers to and stick alongside their event badge.
These answers will provide the opportunity for others to engage with them.

Networking Drinks

A networking drinks reception will be held at the venue immediately after the final session. All speakers and attendees will be invited to join this and continue the days discussions in a less formal atmosphere.
