Lana offers experience with well-known international companies from various markets across the globe as well as leadership wisdom and a fresh perspective from her exposure to working in countries with complex political turbulence and economic instability. Through decades of her diverse career, she enjoyed the privilege to work with large traditional corporates as well as dynamic fin tech organisations.

Mathematician by training, in Banking and FS since 1997, Lana is a strong believer that in a world undergoing profound change, our responsibility is to contribute to the emergence and implementation of solutions for a sustainable future. She advocates for leveraging evolving regulation and easier access to data to enforce greater transparency and enhance end-customer experience, prevent financial crime and foster financial inclusion. Over 2015 to 2017 she was a member of the Payments Strategy Forum and played an influential role in shaping the future UK payments landscape, improving trust in payments and removing barriers to enter.
